Great reward on 45 minutes’ courage

It’s a great hit. First, the customer remembers my name. Second, I finally speak out my complaints in the face of bosses.

I don’t have the time to think about what’s the results or whether our relationship can be fixed, I know that I must work hard and rebuild the trust until it makes sense.

However, I hate the current working environment more and more and I even have to move to another office to keep awake. But now it’s not the time to consider finding a new position, but the time to do some great works to make a name.

8:19pm Sometimes, things are not easy even I try hard. I go to find the guy and I want to talk. When I think I will compromise, it’s his turn to kick me out of game. Sadness may not be necessary. I am trying to find another way. There should be a way although I cannot see. After all, I need to get rid of the feeling of upset.

What I learn from it is that doing excellent work in any field needs COURAGE.

I also browse the MITBBS essense articles. A lot of people have discussed the importance of socialization. Cos I am very lazy and impatient in handling person relationship, the initial impetus to browse is to find some work that only requires simple people relationsihp. But what I find is that the most important thing is always PEOPLE. Coorperate, make friends, sell myself, present ideas … I am good at nothing of them. The worst is that my remaining guts is less and less. I am easy to become nervous in front of others, and I am so afraid of being criticized. My bad characteristic. I understand that if I don’t adapt, the world will force us to change by brutal ways, such as making me a complete loser. If I am not changing now, I will not be lucky enough to reoccupy the opportunity in future.

Whatever, maybe it’s not that difficult to make some changes. But the way ahead of me is long and rocky. It’s not a one-day or two-day efforts. But I know that this thing is worth to do.

In today’s party, we have a lot of international students gathering together. Good chance to learn each other. It turns out to be a Great chance to dance! Salsa, Cha Cha, Turkey dance, Indian dance, even Chinese Peacock Dance…

I love dancing in fact. But I don’t remember when and where is my last dance before today. It seems that I buried every dance move in the dust as well as the enthusiasm for a long time. What a shame!

I need to find the old times back!
